Mine would be...
Simplicity 37mm WG guilloche and Anniversary Langematik.
I asked myself why and found some good reasons/excuses that I actually didn't fully realize before: I love simple watches. 37mm is about the perfect size that fits my wrist. I like both manual and automatic. I like seconds subdial. I like white metal. I am obsessed with enamel dial (e.g. the Anniversary). I am obsessed with beautifully polished movement.
