Love the work on these watches. That ruby ball adjuster is interesting, it looks cool but it seems like it would be hard to tighten all the screws down while maintaining position and then keeping them tight over time.
Presumably the whole thing would need to get readjusted again during a service which seems sub-optimal? I'd be curious to learn more about this novel approach and the pros and cons, it's definitely an interesting and cool looking construction.

So, here's something that bothers me a bit, and not just on this piece. The seconds hand being too short, or not well balanced. Does anybody else feel this way?

Great piece. The sapphire ball to adjust the escapement is a fascinating innovation.
I believe it is a beautifully well balanced dial and movement. The engraving done by Hannelore is spot on. Besides the watch, traditionally made, the Lasses are wonderful people and a pleasure to spend time with.
I don't have the pleasure of knowing the Lasses,

The only thing I would "improve" is, as noted by others above, the seconds hand, which could be better balanced. Best, Emmanuel

has a lollipop head on the other side. It's readable in my view.
