It's really something special!
Paul designed not only the entire movement including the escapement, but also the aesthetics. Thus, the Geneva stripes come in a 33 degree angle, befitting the name of the calibre (Cal. 33). Further, they are placed such that they, as far as possible, cut the jewels directly in their respective centres.

My grocery shopping watch!
I went grocery shopping yesterday and again today. Both times I wore this one. I guess from now on this will be considered my grocery shopping watch in the collection The 3 dimensional Moon phase sparkles well under the bright lights of the grocery store....
The In house movement made it a must have for me
Once I heard about Paul making his own movement and such an innovative one, I knew I had to have it (and it also put him a level up --- I liked his watches prior but the Cal 33 took it up a notch)! Thanks for the comment

Bravo! This one is on my dream list; but I really can\'t justify having a 4th Paul Gerber watch in my watch collection!
You need a justfiication for that? I will add my 4th in early summer...
