The date against a white background on the first watch catches your eye and detracts from the picture dial.
The second watch is far more cohesive in my opinion.
Similar in concept to his Kronos collection.
I would love to see a photo of the movement.

it is the "passing HOUR" not the date
but you could ask for a different "Hour color" and "font color" It should be YOUR BESPOKE ;-)
