If you want a well finished manual winding watch
Pascal Coyon is one of the best watches you can buy due to the exquisite finishing and his ability to customise the dial. He is one of the best in that price range and none of the larger watch brands like Patek or Lange can compete in terms of quality of product. He is also a great person to communicate with - although this may be his daughter doing the communication as Pascal is not so conversant in English from what I gather. Laurent Ferrier and Gronefeld make great automatic watches but for a manual winding watch at this price range, it would be Pascal Coyon or Atelier de Chronometre of Barcelona.

I was considering a PP recently but there are objectively many independents who offer a better finished product for the same or less. Pascal seems to be one of those. Any thoughts or experiences with his watches?

and I was specially looking for a classically-styled hand wound watch with finishing quality as one of the absolute top priorities. At the moment, I don’t think you can do much better than Pascal’s new watch, at basically any price.

Date hasn’t been pinned down yet,
but due to be delivered early-mid next year. There should be a number of forum members here who receive theirs before mine, and who I am sure will post pictures and thoughts!
