I would say it’s definitely a casual wear watch
as it has a larger case and is thicker than most. The underside is curved so it hugs the wrist quite nicely and is extremely comfortable. I think it’s best worn with just about everything unless you’re in a suit for example. The alcantara strap dresses it down but I love the look and feel of it. It’s colorful to be sure with a distinctive and lovely patterned bright blue dial that is gradient and darkens toward the edges. The movement is a treat to look at and nicely finished and coated in black. All in all it’s a great piece and one that I think I will wear an awful lot. It’s a watch that makes me happy to see it on and knowing my friend who made it makes it even nicer.
