It was hard to wind and i asked them to look if there was a problem. Communication was ok at that time . After i got it back after aprox 2 months i still had the same problem. I then tried to complained about it at SIHH with there CEO but he didn’t had time for me and told me to speak to his assistant and she said they would get back to me after they have spoken to there watchmakers. They sent me a email to tell it was a common problem with this serie and they will sent me a winding tool . Fast forward a few weeks i got a envelope with a 3d printed tool . I wasn’t pleased with this whole experience tbh . Sold my watch straight after.

I had my Type 1 serviced shortly after purchasing. It went back to Ressence. It took a few months but came back fine (as it should have been to begin with). I sold the watch a few months later.

I had my Type 1 serviced shortly after purchasing. It went back to Ressence. It took a few months but came back fine (as it should have been to begin with). I sold the watch a few months later.
