Finally the Ressence Type 2
If there's one watch that has intrigued me since its introduction at the SIHH / Geneva in 2018, it is the Ressence Type 2.
At that time the Type 2 was not fully working yet, and when it was, about a year later, I was not ready yet.
But I am glad that the watch is now on my wrist, for two months and I absolutely love the way it works, the way it feels and looks.
I said it before and I say it again, a titanium case can easily become an addiction.
Any Ressence with their clean minimalistic dials is a huge contrast compared with the classic watches that I usually wear,
and that's also part of the attraction.
In the coming weeks, I will try to post some close-ups of the watch.

Why I did not buy it at the IGOTT? I was not certain the company would last,and I thought the price excessive.
The company is doing better every year
especially in the USA, they are very successful. But the price is indeed pretty high, but you get a lot of exclusivity and service from this little brand. GEO

I used to have a strong passion for Urwerk but I feel they have stagnated as of late so I have shift a lot towards Ressence. Hopefully they do not rest on their laurels. Wear it in the best of synchronized health.

Urwerk is stunning, but only the first models fitted my wrist. And I must say that a Type 2, is a dream on the wrist.
I’ve not seen one in the metal, but definitely intrigued for some time.

That's quite easy,
the camera sits on a tripod, or on a desk in front of me, and with my right hand, I push the release button. The RX-1 has a tiltscreen, so I can roughly see how the pic will look like. GEO
