When I got my LF both the origin opaline and this gronefeld was available (what a difference a year or so makes). I went with LF because I wanted manual buy that gf has amazing movement finishing.
Very interesting as I was deciding between the LF Origin and the GF Principia, too...
These two watches must speak to the same type of collector. I went with the LF, which I have never regretted. However, this GF is now on the shortlist but much harder to acquire. With the benefit of hindsight, perhaps would have done it in the reverse ord...
