buying Nienaber watches on line

Jan 16, 2011,08:36 AM

Hi, first posting and its a tricky one.

I want to buy a watch from the Rainer Nienaber web site but when I called my bank about setting up a bank transfer  they suggested that I think again about buying a watch as they though the site was not secure.  I know this is an independant watch maker and so I do not expect it to be like amazon but does anyone have an recent buying experience?

I really want one of his watches and if I dont get it now I will end up blowing the money on somthing else.  I am considering making a visit to his shop in Germany just to be sure.  Am I being a worrymunger??

Thanks

Be compared to Amazon fyi. You simply email Mr Nienaber and ask for the financial details you need to wire the amount to his account for a purchase. He will provide you with the necessary banking numbers your bank needs to make the transfer. After the tra...
