I think the IWC Marks are a very direct comparison to this watch.
Differences: there is (in accord with the price) a LITTLE less refinement in case/dial/hands than you get in an IWC Mark.
It's hard to tell from pictures, but the lugs on the SUF are notably shorter than on IWC Marks, which makes it wear a little more compactly.

Very nice casework for the money, wears really well, striking dial colors. Somehow I haven't been bonding with it, but I can't blame Mr. Sarpaneva for that! (for some reason I'm having trouble uploading images right now--will try again later!)

From this one photo it looks like a very nice straight forward watch. No thrills attached but the dial is well done. The little detail of the “twisted” seconds hand is a nice distraction. A nice variation to the “standard” IWC’s etc (nothing bad about tho...

The 180 dials are really well done. My favorite S.U.F. is the Vetehinen. ...
