A German independent
When German watchmaking is mentioned, the brands that immediately come to my mind are ALS and GO. And Kudoke is the main (only?) independent that I know. I’m sure there are other prominent brands and independents that I just don’t realize are based in Germany, so any knowledge from the forum members is appreciated.
In the meantime, I wanted to share this Kudoke with its MOP dial that changes based on the angle of light.

There are some independents worth mentioning:
Sinn, Nomos, Moritz Grossmann, and Lang & Heyne are the ones that spring to mind for me. Others may know of some more obscure makers—though I'll mention one: Pöhlmann-Bresan.
At least I won’t forget them now…
I know all these brands (except the last) but am surprised to learn they’re all German.👍🏽

Sinn is based in Frankfurt; Nomos, MG are based in Glashütte; L&H, P-B are based in Dresden.

Kudoke is great!
I have personally had good experiences with Kudoke, Benzinger, Felipe Pikullik, and Sinn. Both Benzinger and Pikullik built me custom pieces that they nailed. Was very happy with them both. I’ve owned two Lange pieces but would never recommend the brand. ...
Those custom pieces are excellent, especially the detailed guilloche of the Benzinger and dial, numerals, and hands of the Pikullik.
But that Kudoke aventurine dial stopped me in my tracks the first time you posted it.👌🏽
I’m a sucker for MOP, but wasn’t always possible to find one that isn’t part of a woman’s watch with jeweled case.
So this one caught my attention immediately for its simple aesthetic AND the cool disc that you highlighted👏🏽.
