1 of 28 titanium case at 41mm Luckily I have one on order and should receive before end of this year ...

Congratulations!

Wow! Look at those lugs!

Thanks for sharing, Mohanned.

Indeed, they’ve been hinting at this, after their recent Onlywatch entry. Looks like the genius has come up with his ‘cash flow’ watch, but I didn’t anticipate that it would be limited. Any idea about lug-to-lug width? Congrats in advance. Hussam

He will release more next year with different metals

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-08:35
There will be also platinum No idea on the lug to lug to be honest but the watch is spectacular

Thanks. Congrats again!

41mm with broad lugs isn’t for us small-wristed folk, but I have very little doubt that this will sell well.

They are curved

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-08:41

Ah. I see. 👌🏿

 By: Lankysudanese : October 28th, 2021-08:45

Here is a pic

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-10:12
It weighs 45g btw ...

Thanks Mohanned.

 By: Lankysudanese : October 28th, 2021-10:22
In titanium, it was always gonna be super light. Be careful, you may forget that it’s on your wrist 😜 P.S: any idea what grade of titanium is used?

grade 5 if not mistaken

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-10:34

💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

 By: Lankysudanese : October 28th, 2021-10:38

I'd guess yes

 By: TeutonicCarFan : October 28th, 2021-12:49
Given the high polish. Beautiful movement.

Watch+strap is 45 grams? (nt)

 By: Ronald Held : October 28th, 2021-17:40
NT

Yup

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-19:38

I would be able..

 By: Ronald Held : October 29th, 2021-19:37
To wear that all day. And belated congratulations!

49.5mm lug to lug

 By: sham1 : October 28th, 2021-14:55
so not a wearable watch for most. The movement to me deserves a much better dial. The new Lang and Heyne Hektor may not be perfect but looks a lot more appealing at less than half the price.

Thanks Sham. That’s actually just under the LTL of my most favored watch in my collection (my Speedie auto racing).

 By: Lankysudanese : October 28th, 2021-15:18
With a grade 5 titanium case and titanium dial, this watch is truly unique. I look to RG for romantic classicalism, but realize that every Maison needs their sports luxury watch in today’s watch market. Congrats again to Mohannad; looks like this timepiec...

Wait till you see the bracelet

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-15:50

This part is specially interesting...

 By: edo.k : October 29th, 2021-10:55
Always said that the bracelet design and integration is the most difficult part in watch design... can't wait to see that part... and regarding size, I saw some photos from female wrists and after that i think it will look pretty good on any 16cm+ wrist.....

They are curved so not so flared of the wrist

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-15:51

Man obviously has never seen my 16.25cm wrist!! :-)

 By: sham1 : October 28th, 2021-16:10
Sorry Mohannad, your record no longer stands!

Hmm, I stand corrected then

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-16:29

In South East Asia

 By: sham1 : October 28th, 2021-16:30
a 16.7cm wrist would be the dream of many so that they can wear their Rolex with a better fit!

Great piece for sure...

 By: edo.k : October 28th, 2021-10:12
Not sure about limiting to 28 pieces, in todays world of sport watches they can easily sell hundreds of pieces without problem... look what Czepek did... we still don't know how watch sits on the wrist but I don't know why everybody doesn't just took the ...

The first edition is limited to 28.

 By: TheWindingStem : October 28th, 2021-11:42
it will eventually be a standard production but to celebrate the new concept and calibre Romain is releasing the limited edition.

congrats in advance

Around 40k$ or 38k chf

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-20:15

Congratulations on being one of the lucky 28!

 By: sham1 : October 28th, 2021-14:57
Not my cup of tea as I feel the dial could be more striking but a quality watch nevertheless.

Agree on the dial

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 28th, 2021-20:14

Congrats in advance my friend, lucky you

 By: Watchonthewrists : October 28th, 2021-15:27
A very nice and great looking watch. Definitely something you need to see in person.

Thank you my dear friend

My favorite asymetrical design!

 By: iwolf81 : October 28th, 2021-20:58
Congratulations on this find! I am fascinated by the well balanced, asymmetrical design.

Nice M, look forward to seeing it on your wrist.

A friend is also in the list for one, and so perhaps I will see one in the metal soon. I am curious to how it will wear.

I'm underwhelmed by both this and the Hector

 By: Rosneathian : November 11th, 2021-17:50
I can't help but compare them to the Czapek Antarctique or the PF Tonda GT among recent entrants into this segment. Both of those hold the line for their brands well. With RG and L&H it feels like we're taking more than one step down.

Indeed, first-hand experience can help to make an assessment more measured, either to the positive or in the other direction.

 By: Rosneathian : November 11th, 2021-21:21
For instance, I've only considered the Odysseus in the abstract but consider its case shape to be so bizarre as to rule it out on grounds of personal preference. Conversely, I'm impressed by the MB&F LM Perpetual but it has looked chintzy seen twice over ...

Is that silicone rubber on the crown?

 By: j.delage : November 12th, 2021-15:16
If so I worry about its durability. I like the watch very much. I wonder whether the lugs can accommodate 3rd party straps.
