As it is detained in customs it has not officially enter to Mexico, so by asking to DHL to send it to the US it would be like if it was sent directly to the US from Switzerland, my question is if it is easy for the watch to enter the US, does DHL handles everything? Congratulations and that stinks about the issue. Would you be sending by to the US from Mexico or
sending back to manufacturer and then they send to US?

Generally yes. Any time I have had DHL
deliver in the last they have taken care of everything.
