I think you're correct about the tantalum bezel

tungsten has a knurled edge, tantalum is smooth.

The caseback ring does not look like titanium. And the gasket under the bezel certainly is not ceramic. Do you mean to imply the tantalum is perhaps formed over a piece of ceramic? I thought the layer between the bezel and case middle is dubbed kevlar. It... 

No of course not.... Don't know what I was thinking of....I apologise for my idiocity! I asked exactly the same question about a standard Big Bang "elsewhere" and copied the answer without engaging brain let alone looking at the back of the watch. Oops in...

Hi Rei, The AD has been telling me that the Hublot stock is thinning and really short supply these days - naturally, there was no Unico there.... I understand your fav for Unico (as I would), but no avail.... Perhaps the Boutique may have some, but the in... 

Let me share what I saw during my recent trips to Japan & Hong Kong. I saw more Hublots worn by people in Tokyo, my #1 favorite city in the world, than in HK. I think I only saw 1 wearing KP all black in an upscale mall. Dunno why, but Hublot is contagiou... 

"Hublot is contagious " - I can't agree more. My AD says Hublot sells very well especially these days, in addition to lots of inquiry via phone or internet. I would have thought that KP or even BB 44mm would be considered too big for the wrists of Japanes...
