I don't know if I should laugh or cry when I am reading this but it sure sounds funny.
Should have taken a video for us to see. But I am sure Hublot will take care of the problem asap. My KP Red Devil's reset pusher has been stuck on and off (it works but won't bouce back to its original pos and I have to use my nail to drive it out though easy) and has been serviced 4-5 times I cannot remember, yet it's still that way!
Watch is running fine though, and Mr Biver has promised me to rectify this once and for all. That's why I love Hublot.

I'm pretty sure I did not drop the watch or bang it hard against anything. One day I could't reset my chronograph, and I thought the reset pusher was jammed. I was intending to take it in for repairs the next day, then I gave it a shake and the hand start...
