The inner bezel has indeed moved! But you will be amazed how ...

then thinking it is wrong as not on your wrist  but of course its the inner bezel has moved around.

Honestly, after 1 year of ownership, I did bump the watch a few times, but it seem to manage to stay unscathed without scratches! Yes I hope they will do a good job, my previous encounters with other repair centres had been so bad that I don't service my watch until they break down.

Makes me wonder about QC... My also was missing 4 screws on the back after being serviced recently but of course they rectified the problem fast!  Hublot always does

The watch came perfectly finished, I would have spotted the misaligned inner bezel. It was more of a reliability issue ...

But it's a damn fine looking watch ya? )

Very attractive and well finished. Guess the bonding of the bezel to the case was poor...

I'm pretty sure I did not drop the watch or bang it hard against anything.

Should have taken a video for us to see. But I am sure Hublot will take care of the problem asap. My KP Red Devil's reset pusher has been stuck on and off (it works but won't bouce back to its original pos and I have to use my nail to drive it out though easy) and has been serviced 4-5 times I cannot remember, yet it's still that way! Watch is running fine though, and Mr Biver has promised me to rectify this once and for all. That's why I love Hublot.

Maybe the hand was out of spec or not set properly?  Please keep us posted on the solution.  I think Hublot's customer service is outstanding and I have every confidence they will address this problem quickly and to your satisfaction.

Well, this is something! Probably the next upcoming complcation: a rotation bezel! ;-)

to be stuttering when it is running. Is your MG Ferrari like that? Mine (Titanium Ferrari) exhibits this behavior if you hold the watch vertically and starting from 0 to 30 but when going from 30 back to 0 again, it's smooth. It's always like that. If you see Hublot videos of some of their BB unicos (like AB BB Unico), the chronograph hand stutters. I have already checked this with Hublot boutique (not that it's a problem, but just curious) and they all say it's normal as no 1 chronograph is the same though manufactured by the same machine/company. Just curious really...

At least not that I had notice any. My boxer engine stutters more in the morning : }

.... happening in the hard-to-make magic gold Ferrari, I wonder....  But it's kinda funny.

My short span of time owning this watch has been disappointing. After weeks of asking and getting no definitive answers to when I can have my watch back in the last 2 months. The first time I receive a date, which is a disappointing one: "to be send from factory 3rd week of November", meaning the watch would be away for close to 4 months. And I hope they meant this year! This doesn't help improve the negative feeling I have for the brand. The watch is immediately for sale once I received it.

It seems quite a while since your first post and I can only guess it was first delayed by the factory being closed during the annual Swiss holidays in August and then maybe the job was more complex. I will fire you a PM with the details of someone to contact at the manufacture to see if they can help push it along for you.
I once had a watch 8 months for a simple dial misalignment, but that was not from Hublot and I know how you feel! I still have the watch though and the memory of its long vacation are long forgotten!

Thanks Andrew, but I have lost interest completely. I am not convinced by both the quality and the service from Hublot. Period.
