Yes, interesting indeed...
and I was seduced by the early Scafograph some time ago. It was Eberhard's first dive watch, and there were reportedly only 200 produced! It is easily distinguished from the second generation Eberhard 200 as the latter has a typical dive watch bezel. Interestingly, there were two versions of the first generation 100 model, the distinguishing feature of which is that the earliest had tritium applied to the dial within painted frames, while the later version had raised frames within which the it was applied. The distinction can be seen in the photos below (the first image is of mine, but I do not know who to credit for the second).

About the case comparison...
Yes agree on the Eberhard Scafograf vs Omega 2913 regarding the shape seen from above. But, the Scafograf has an facet an extra that goes along the side from lug to lug, while the 2913 do not. This extra facet the Eterna KonTiki and the Omega 165 024 both...
It doesn't look like EPSA....
