yep, a Cal.11/12 derivative
afaik the chronograph module for the Cal.11/12/14/15 was designed by Dubois-Depraz, but manufacturing was always done by Valjoux,
Breitling and Heuer (assume Kelek too) did the final assembly of the Bueren base movements and the modules.
7740 are almost identical to the Cal.11 (minus the winding system, of course).
