As I understand it, this is related somehow to duplicate servers around the world passing your post from one to the other. Usually it gets sorted out within a few hours. Mike
Hi Fred, I think a post normally gets “doubled” (on the front page only) when it’s moved by a moderator to a different section.
For instance, since your post this morning was about food, when I saw it I moved it for people to see in the Food forum, whence the simple explanation (HoMe is the place for general horological discussions, or for brands without a specialized forum). Hope...
No problem, we can’t post on the front page only, but when we do on a given forum, then it normally also appears on the front page in chronological order.
There are exceptions such as News Central, Help Desk and CM (I believe those threads are hidden from the front page). But nearly all forums are open for posting, so it’s enough that you head there and open a new thread😉Cheers.
