Horological Meandering

The Aero Compax is really something, with its 4 subdials! You immediately see it is not an ordinary Chronograph. Not for me, because my heart has recently been taken by another UG Chrono, but I know that this one has a lot of fans, so it is a pleasure to ...  

Vintage Chronographs are always very 'graceful' for lack of a better word. This Aero Compax is 37mm? IMHO, Modern Chronographs tend to have too thick a movement, resulting in a very thick case or very large diameter. Case in point: The Speedmaster Co-axia... 

Longines with the 13 ZN / 30 CH, Lemania / Tissot / Omega with the 33.3, Minerva, too, UG... We are in the Champions League of Chronography. Thanks for looking, Merv C. Nicolas

It's really cute aero-compax! I love UG!!! The caliber 285 is proportionate- beautiful -strong and very reliable. Many manufactures used it as JLC and Zenith. All the best Juan

With caliber 386 -(D=31.70mm). In this case the model is "Compax 30". The Best Juan ...
