G'day,
the original forum for this question is not a good example - Girard-Perregaux (and A. Lange & Söhne) exhibit in Geneva SIHH only.
In general, Baselworld is a conglomerate of watch booths. It´s a very large fair with a great variety of exhibitors and each is creating a huge "home zone".
But access to the inside of each booth is granted only to invited parties, usually press and dealers.
Many brands exhibit new models in showcases on the outside of each booth, which is a little different from getting hands on the new pieces. But at least the majority of news can be seen relatively up close.
But the best impression may be the annual reports, of which plenty have been posted in earlier years.
Cheers,
Peter
