I had no luck in Seoul except for our duty free at the Lotte, lots of goodies there but you need to know the prices. The only other place I ventured was one block away from Myeongdeung

Seoul - forget it
I used to live in Seoul for business and still travel there frequently. There really isn't much of a used watch market in Korea. Some Koreans told me there is a superstition against having another person's used personal item constantly touching your skin....
