The ultimate tool watch company

Feb 16, 2019,00:15 AM

Founded by Mr. Sinn a few decades ago, who was a WW2 pilot. His idea of the perfect readable cockpit watch marked the path of the company for quite a long time. Nowadays they have perfected this concept, adding high end materials technology like tegmentation of sophisticated steels (German submarine steel f.e.), and filling argon into the watch cases for complete isolation from atmospheric effects. No house calibers yet. Famous are their special forces watches of the EZM series („Einsatzzeitmesser“), and their very classical pilot‘s watches. Excellent finish, and a good price performance ratio. Their main showroom and HQ is situated close to Frankfurt/Main. A second showroom you find amidst the old center of Frankfurt, close to the „Roemer“.

I was in the same situation as you are now. Sinn has a handful of dealers and none where I live, but I had the chance to see a UX model in the metal in a small shop in Hamburg, then after short deliberating, I clicked the order button on their website for...

Hi, Just saw your post and would like to offer my humble opinions on Sinn. I won’t repeat Sinn’s background as I see the previous users have shared on that point. I own the 104 St Sa A which is the classic pilot watch for over 2 years now. It’s a well bui...

I have three vintage and one newer one left. Their tool watches are superb. I have no complaints - except to say their attempts at dressy watches aren’t that great. I even got one for my wife (yes, they make ladies watches too) with automatic movement and...
