Horological Meandering

Hi Guys, Just picked up this LIP watch on ebay- I love the watch, its absolutely beautiful, and was really pleased by it in person. It's in really pristine condition. The seller says its from around WW1 or WW2. Im basically just wondering if you think tha...  

I have seen pictures on the Internet of identical 15J movements used in Lip pocket watches from the 1930s or later. Usually the Lip name was stamped on one of the movement plates. I would strongly suspect the dial is refinished and the case is brand new. ... 

I sitll don't get why you buy first, then ask... Best, Nicolas
