And probably the biggest surprise after the lack of weight. The first thing that surprised me was the chronograph sub counters, at some angle they look almost copper which is not what I had in mind. I was expecting a deeper shade of brown, more obvious than a Panerai tobacco dial but deeper than the current shade and closer to a true tropical dial. It doesnt detract from enjoying the watch but is a tiny miss for what is an amazing package. The hands are long too, this is my only watch with such long hands. I don't mind for the chronograph second hand but the minute hand is a bit long indeed.
