Some live pictures of the Hermès Arceau Le Temps Voyageur . . .
I’ve been intrigued by quite a few of Hermès recent releases. I had the opportunity to see the Arceau Le Temps Voyager in the flesh for the first time:

This is an elegant (IMHO) dual time zone piece with the home time displayed at 12:00 and the local time on a small sub-dial, which travels around the dial depending upon your location.
It comes in at a very reasonable 38mm case diameter:

When I initially saw photos, I didn’t fully understand or appreciate the lugs. I was seeing wire lugs at 12:00 and standard lugs at 06:00:

I failed to appreciate that these take inspiration from stirrups:
The case is strongly flared and chunky (12.41mm):

Looking at the engine room, she’s powered by their in-house H1837 mechanical self-winding calibre:

I love the different shades of blue and the creative use of lacquered and satin finished combinations:

Overall, I must say I was surprisingly impressed with my first exposure to
Hermès timepieces:
