Sharing - Breitling - glossy dial vintage Superocean

 

The hands were replaced sometimes in the past by Breitling due to recent service. I have bought a vintage bracelet that fits the lug size.

 Comparison with vintage deep sea. The size is slightly smaller. The black glossy dial with gilt wordings, comparing to deep sea alarm, is outstanding and catching attention very much.

in the 1950s UTI was one of the distributors of Breitling in France, next to LIP that even had some unique co-branded models, in Switzerland we see Türler cobranding, Kronometer Stockholm in Sweden. Fred

have seen this several times before and am always angered by these seemingly arbitrary replacements - you need to steer clear of Breitling Switzerland for vintage restauration projects - the US is a bit different, with the Heists doing very decent work. i...

And I know it is too bad to have it replaced that time .... But one I think I cannot complain is that, the condition of movement is good thus I have no problem wearing it. Thanks again and I love to play around the chrono version one day. Terence
