Patek only certifies its tourbillons...
like the ref. 5101 10-day tourbillon and the Sky Moon tourbillon. That is a nod to the history of submitting chronometres for observatory competitions. On the other hand, Vacheron sends a more diverse range of models to certification, the Chronometre Royale, Overseas and Malte Regulateur are some that I can think of off the top of my head.

What non based ETA movements are...

Chopard and Zenith are the only non-ETA
Of the brands listed, Chopard is 100% in-house and non-ETA, so is Zenith. Ebel and UN do use ETA ebauches, but some of their movements are in-house as well. Of course officially a good number of Omega movements are "in-house" too. - SJX
