I have to disagree - the Eterna PD diver is nowhere near the original Ocean 2000. The Ocean was groundbreaking and truly ahead of its time, it looks as good today as it did 20 years ago. The Eterna is much too chunky and lacks the sleekness of the Ocean 2...

If you don't mind pre-owned (not sure they're old enough to class as vintage), then there are 34mm and 38mm Seiko divers based on the 2205 and 4205 movements. You occassionally see them on ePrey as NOS, and more often than not in various stages of beaten ...
