Tien, since Vachy's identical twin (VCI) is my daily wearer, I can confirm that they indeed are magnets for all sorts of objects. I don't mean to bang my watch around, but since I wear her a lot (usually with short sleeves), it's bound to happen. After approximately 500 hours of wrist time in just over a month, I'd bet VCI has far more scratches and dings on her than Vachy does. I do feel just a little bit bad about subjecting VCI to such a hard life when many of her siblings are worn much more selectively. But I do also love every hour of wearing VCI, and I intend to continue wearing her daily. I have already decided that VCI will never be sold, but will eventually be given to a family member (identity TBD). When that time comes, I hope to be able to tell him that I am moving on with fond memories of at least 50,000 (perhaps as many as 100,000) hours of wrist time under my care.

Having said that, like you, I have a watch or two that seem to like blunt force trauma a little too much. Heart stopping at the time but luckily they have to date come out of it unscathed.

I have had that problem from time too :(()

least to say to repair the damage on one bezel was going to set me back $1800 plus service im looking at $4k Ouch...
