Horological Meandering

i've always taken Lindbergh & Benson to be cheapo watches not worth looking at, but today whilst browsing a German dealers site i saw that all of their watches are advertised with 'Genevian Seal'. does anyone know if this is correct and if so does it make...

there must be an error on the website which is from a very large watch dealer in Germany. i was also amazed to see they have said the same thing about an RGM which we all know is made in the US. the link you gave me doesnt work, but i know that to be able... 

I did not know anything about these watches, so I checked the manufacturer's website, who claims nowhere to have the Geneva Seal on his movements. Apparently the dealer confused the term "côtes de Genève" with "poincon de Genève". I contacted him already ... 

Thanks Marcus. you would think that the dealer would know better. hopefully he'll rectify his error and we can all go back to ignoring Lindburgh & Benson. Graham
