And I wonder how you set it accurately? Factory preset? I actually would have expected a large center seconds to gain the maximum accuracy from the large diameter case, but I do like the dial and the Latin. Old and new.

Ken, That is why there is a licencing application form to fill in. The technology may be restricted to Friendly Nations and also banned in some countries. Some countires with a history of radioactive 'sensitivity' may have issues. It is not Science but Se...
