Many women watches in the high end segment are men's which were downsized.
It seems that since the last few years they make an effort to create exclusive ladies models, even more technical.
There are classical and modern looking. Women seem to usually like original stuff (clothes, jewelery, shoes etc..).
From ladies around me, Richard Mille seems to have one of the most interesting offer for woman.

What I regret is that some ladies watches are only available gem set (like the Royal Oak for instance). Not the best choice for an everyday watch when people tend to be more discreet.
