But haven't been able to choose which one, so you're helping me a lot!
They seem to me so pure in its design, and soothing.
Best regards.

Something New : A Nixie Clock from Dalibor Farny
By: Jay (Eire) : August 11th, 2022-15:04
After some chatting with our fellow member and moderator Patrick last year I decided to purchase a nixie clock from Dalibor Farny. Several members, Patrick included, own these clocks and the feedback has been all positive. The clock was delivered in Decem...
Small footprint and slim base. Easily works on a desk too.

I think the 6, with the seconds display, would be more dynamic and maybe because of that be more obvious in whatever room it was placed. This one, in addition to being slim as you noted, lacks that dynamic aspect and so it blends in nicely.

It is very cool indeed. Lots of life!

A very nice clock on a very nice rift oak wall shelf! I see you've hidden the cabling behind the shelf. I do like the six tube version. But it does take up significantly more space. The base is exponentially larger since it has to preserve the proportions...
The 4 valve was my choice.

The mechanism flushes away oxidation every 10 minutes so it does produce an electronic display worthy of the large Nixie tubes. I thought the 6 valve version with the seconds flashing away would be too distracting. It is an amazing piece of engineering wi...
I agree on the seconds comment.

I had the same objection to Journe’s Vagabondage III, the seconds just add noise. Very happy with mine still.
I like it.

And I do use it to tell time.
Cheers Mahesh.

All credit to Patrick who flagged these for me and after chatting about his experiences led me to getting this.
