I'd readily give anyone the time from the Rolex on my left wrist when asked, and be just as ready to provide him a sock from my right fist if they tried tricks after seeing the watch.
I don't think the world is that bad a place... most days. Of course, I would always judge the person from his manners and looks before obliging him/ her for anything.

To be honest, I don't see why I need to show the dude my watch. If asked, I normally take a quick glance myself and tell the dude directly.
