My natural taste goes toward leather straps. Not sure why... more traditional looking, in my eye. But the bracelet allows me to wear it with any outfit without concern for matching watch strap with shoes and belt as I tend to do (I know not everyone shares this neurosis!). I will probably buy one more bracelet watch (the Milgauss is calling my name) to give me another option in that category.
This was also my first high-end watch. I probably received it 15-16 years ago. For some reason, the disease of collecting didn't really grab me until about 5 years ago, or so. So for a very long while, this was my every day watch.

For me I prefer simple watches over ones with multi complications that I most likely
won't use and clutter up the dial.
