I agree. It's not an easy watch to wear, and from a stylistic point of view, you'd have to be wearing a leather motorcycle jacket to go with it!
The owner is probably someone who has multiple watches, so this is probably a special accessory for special moments. Maybe when the owner flies his vintage airplane or rides his vintage motorcycle... I certainly do not have a cool enough outfit nor occasion to wear this watch, but I could probably sport an outfit to wear the normal HM4 sometimes.

It sticks up so high that it's got to be a scratch magnet. I knew someone who wore it daily for a while and he accumulated many scratches on the two binnacles.
