Ref 881101/02, Evil Clapton is a great Universal Geneve Tri-Compax. But that’s not a legit example. Wrong hands. Wrong hour markers. Redone lume (badly). Wrong crown. Just a shame. See below (mine) for what it should look like. Run away from this one you’...  

Do you think it is fake? It will be hard to get out of this but I will try. It was described as "Reverse Panda" Ref. 881101, so-called "Eric Clapton". This description is wrong, I suppose. Thank you so much for your help, I should have asked before.

While it’s possible the “bones” of the watch are correct, it’s clear that the dial and handset have been replaced and redone in a way that would immediately scare off any real UG collector who values originality. If you can get out of the deal, I clearly ...

Yes, “Evil Clapton” Ref 881101-02 (black dial with white subdials). The white version (Eric Clapton) is 881101-01.

For Purists this is real horror.
