Hi Iceheller, I did not mind the inclusions ..
Hi Iceheller,
I did not mind the delays and inclusions too much, I was not happy about them, but I could understand that may be a piece of lint could hide in the movement and shake out in transport.
My big concern was.... in my not being told a stainless steel / gold deployment clasp was to be used on an 18K gold watch.
If I was told this to begin with I would have stuck to the 18K gold buckle... or not bought the watch at all.
Personally, I like deployment clasps as they make it almost impossible to drop the watch when getting dressed.... where as a buckle is a little fiddly.
Thank you for your reply,
kindest regards,
Jack

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your reply. Today MB agreed to keep the undelivered stainless / gold deployment clasp and refund the extra money paid for the deployment clasp. As I have dropped a watch while trying to put it on, I have made it my rule to always pay...
