Got a chance to see the new Breitling Datora
I have to say these salmon/mustard/champagne dials have to be seen in person to get the full impact.
I was rather impressed by the piece, first off it is NOT a copy of the Patek as has been reported in real life, the color and overall impact is totally different, and that’s a good thing!
I was offered the piece at 11k from the AD. I passed as it did not have the look I was after but it’s certainly an intriguing value proposition

I also saw this watch lately.
The watch is beautiful but I found the dial color in natural light to be too much pink for my liking. Here I will wait for alternative dial colors that Breitling will surely propose in the near future.
Actually I think that’s a great deal
Considering it’s an annual calendar, 100m water resistance, in a great case from a strong brand with tons of history. Can’t think of many better deals, it’s just the color didn’t quite work for me
No annual calendar, just full calendar
