From past experience...
when entering Switzerland, you declare your property and you pay a bond of CHF 500, which are refundable when you leave the country and provide proof that the property you declared is coming along with you.
Maybe a similar system is in place for EU countries?

If someone travels as a tourist to a european country and enters the country with several watches (7 or 8) is there any problem or should they pay any taxes or something? What about USA and Canada? Thanks in advance for those who know.
