Was the watch a Breguet? Just asking although I reckon the answer will be otherwise. Breguet created the first wrist watch in 1810 for Napoleon Bonaparte's sister Caroline "Reine de Naples". Patek Philippe created its first wrist watch for Countess Koscow...

actually own a watch you merely look after to for next generations ;) That been told I got pocket watch from my late grandfather so it is time I talk to my grandmother today :)
