Bling bling
I never would dream that I would acquire a 'bling bling' - for fear of looking feminine - but this one is so unusual and subtle that I simply could not resist: I first saw the watch two years ago at the brand's dinner and could not lose the image in my mind.
The DB 25 S Jewelry is 40 mm in diameter and 11 mm in height. What immediately captures the eye is the brand's iconic spherical moon, laid at 12 o'clock with diamonds. The back-drop of the piece I ordered is a blued-dial depicting the Geneva sky, held in a polished titanium case.
Surrounding the bezel are 44 immaculately mounted blue baguettes.

Yes, it is a stunning piece.
I had the chance to wear it several years ago and I found it gorgeous. The dial is stunning and the gems nicely decorates the case. But the 40mm diameter makes the diameter/thickness ratio a bit too low and the watch loses its slender style. Fx

i think this DB can afford to look a bit bling. The dark blue dial is so beautiful and a poetic work of art. The bling compliments the overall design very well as stars in the sky, the moon and the sapphires on the side of the case A lovely piece of haute...
