Horological Meandering

Happy Friday, All! 

I am looking for a watch with all of the following features: chronograph with a 12 hour totalizer (running seconds sundial not necessary), day + date, rotating bezel with 12 hour insert. At least 100m WR would be fantastic, and the smaller the watch diameter, the better for me. 

So far, the only model I can find is the Guinand Duograph. I’ve read that they will swap to a 12 hour bezel upon request. (Guinand itself is an interesting company that was once owned by Helmut Sinn.)
