A dinner in Madrid

 

A few days ago, we organized a dinner with Spanish friends in Madrid close to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The restaurant which name is "Beaucoup" has a French owner and its cuisine is a kind of mix between the Spanish and the French ones, I would say it is an inventive Spanish one with some unusual ingredients.

I propose some pictures to describe the good atmosphere of this dinner: there were some amazing courses on the table... and some nice watches on our wrists!

We started with oysters... then we took some mussels with a fantastic bouillon:

Difficult to explain this course. We have eggs, mushrooms, fois gras... we mix everything and it is very original and nice:

We started to be full as you can imagine so we finished with cheese...

It was a wonderful dinner... and I needed to be very active the day after to spend all the calories I caught!
