the COSC should really reappraise their accuracy requirements or make a 'standard' and 'high accuracy' rating.

as i seem to have the money at the moment i think i might as well buy what i want. no one will argue with that i know. my latest aquisition is the Grand Seiko GMT as shown a week or so ago, but with the black dial. thankyou to Jimmy Fu for the opportunity...
