What i like about you and your watches is the passion for passion.
We both have a simular approach to watches.
Not every watch is the same, but we collect almost the same quantity in 4 to 5 years.
I must sit at 7 watches, but it became 8 peaces.
My planetary approach the solar system are 8 planets.
This translate to the Omega moon watch.
I can collect a watch more, but than i have 9 planets, and the solar system knew 8 planets.
I can go for moons, or sell a least wore watch. Selling is hard if i want to keep my eight watches. If i take a watch for the sun, i stay balanced.
There is one to go, and i know which one it would be.
Not as hard to find as a new Snoopy anniversary, it is also an Omega.
I want for sure one of the heritage watches, but a new Snoopy anniversary is also fine when it crossed my path and have a friendly price tag, let’s say Omega’s list price.

That i do not have one single chronograph is the same reason you do not collect them.
An exception is a Breitling Navitimer, the same reason you have with the Speedmaster.
A Navitimer i see as the watch that have to be a chronograph. It is for me an icon and while pilot watches is my thing, it is an exception that do not harm my taste.
Next chronograph that would not bite my way of collecting is the Hublot Big Bang.
And the Omega Speedmaster new Snoopy anniversary is also a chronograph that do not harm my taste.
When i started to collect a serious watch collection i decided to collect only watches with complications that are in my eyes useable. It was clear that i lay my focus on movements.
Feeling, that is the most important. Watches always wondered me, and it was time to finally get great watches that are a joy to wear and to look at. Made forever and when time comes, a service would be good for the accuracy.
I have a quartz watch, so that needs only a new battery ones in some years, but it is a good cousin of Omega.




Brands are for sure an important thing for me.
As i am a sucker for Baume & Mercier, it had simply also can be Rolex, Tissot, IWC or Oris to name some.
It had turned to Baume & Mercier, cause that was sleeping like a resting vulcano.
Breitling is sleeping now, and if the vulcano stays calm, i do not have a Breitling.
When the vulcano will cough lava, than i would be collecting Breitlings.
Since i was a child, i want to have a Breitling, so the time will tell when finally i have a Navitimer on my wrist. I like the 42mm Pistacchi dialed model and the Panam edition.
But i aim also at vintage Aviation peaces or a cool Chronomat.
The history of Willy Breitling fascinates me, he was an icon in the world of watches.
It would be good i honor him with buying a Breitling watch for myself.
