Folks: Long time lurker. Looking for advice on how I would go about understanding watches that were for sale in 1971. I figured reading some Watch magazines from that year would give me a good understanding. What Watch magazines were around at that time? ...

Or introduced in 71? If you're looking for a birth year watch, For "Introduced", Europestar archive is the easiest way, or if one of the members has catalogs from that time, Fort "made", it's much harder as not all brands manufacturing time are identified...
