For want of something better to do in this sunny Sunday afternoon, I played around with the dial faces of some of my favorite timepieces under natural sunlight. Hope you enjoy these pics... Sam...

Simply magical... I especially like that untranslatable effect that the non-reflective coating gives to watches... THanks for sharing- and enjoy your Sunday in this amazing company you have! S
Impressive collection you have there!

Thanks for sharing. I particularly liked the Observatoire, I've never seen that dial before... what color is it exactly? is that a special order? Could you elaborate? thx. Jon (Z3)
Thx.

It's a white gold, bronze dial. Yes, I was offered the choice of dial, color of the three straps and index (Arabic vs Roman). Regards, Sam
Thanks.

There you go.... http://ahci.watchprosite.com/show-forumpost/fi-16/pi-3525681/ti-569351/s-0/ The watch you asked about is made by an independent - Kari Voutilainen's Observatoire, launched three years ago. About 40 - 50 pieces were made todate. Regards, S...
thanks sam
